Spinning classes are designed to burn fat, improve stamina and tone the whole body, Spinning is a non-impact indoor cycling class to motivational music. 

Monday class is a 60 minute class suitable for complete beginners Tuesdays class is a 60 minute class a little bit more demanding than easy spinning which a cycle projector is used.

(under 16′s can participate if over 4ft 9 inches and accompanied by an adult)

Saturday mornings class which is ran from October to March, 9-10.30am, allow us to put on a more strenuous class. For those who cannot get out due to the bad weather.
